My why

I left a thriving corporate career in HR to solve a problem I couldn’t ignore: the lack of meaningful support for parents in the workplace - this is how Working Parent Coaching was born.

As a Fortune 500 leader and a mother of three, I saw first-hand how burnout, invisible barriers, and systemic gaps push mothers out of the workforce, forcing them to shrink their ambitions.

Businesses are missing an opportunity to increase and retain their women in leadership, because they are not focusing on the main reason for women stepping away from leadership roles and the workforce altogether – motherhood.

This can be addressed by developing family-friendly leadership and inclusive cultures where mothers and fathers in the workplace are supported and invested into.
